Jeff began his career with DuPont, working at the Experimental Station in Wilmington, Delaware as a research chemical engineer. He developed a strong interest in operations after spending  some time at their polyethylene plant in Orange Texas. He joined Rohm & Haas at their Philadelphia plant in 1970 as a development engineer and moved into a position as assistant area operations manager. Enjoying the mix of working with people and processes, he joined the Sales and Marketing department of Rohm & Haas before moving to Alberts & Associates in 1974. Jeff became a partner at Alberts in 1980 and has been president since 1996.

Roger Smith - Senior Sales Engineer

BBA Degree Marketing Temple University
Degree in Environmental Technology.

Roger started his Sales career working for various Manufacturer's Representatives in the Tri-State area selling process equipment, electronic controls and mechanical services.

He worked as an Independent Sales Representative since 1985 before coming to Alberts & Associates in 2006.

Roger lives with his wife, Mary, in Bensalem, PA.

Ruth Smith - Office Manager

Favorite Part of the job:  This 50+ year old grandmother of six enjoys providing the support services to both the staff of Alberts & Associates and its customers and seeing it all come together.

Ruth has had a varied career including 15 years in the Emergency Room at  Mercer Medical Center, 5 years with the NJ Department of Corrections, and 10 years in private industry.
